Previously a full-time associate with Vergilis, Stenger, Roberts, Davis & Diamond, LLP, Ms. MacNish is now of counsel with the firm. She concentrates in the area of general, civil litigation and also conducts some appellate practice. Currently, her work focuses on discovery, motion practice and legal research.
Some of the topics of her litigation experience include contracts, real property disputes, employment-related disputes, Article 78 proceedings, zoning and land use issues, recovery of commercial real estate broker commissions, personal injury, and estate litigation.
Ms. MacNish is a native of Poughkeepsie, New York and has lived most of her life in Dutchess County. She is married and has two children. She previously sat on the Board of Trustees at her church, and is currently on the Executive Board of the Pleasant Valley Cooperative Nursery School.
