Kenneth M. Stenger: Jerry and I met each other 27 years ago and we started out as a small, two-man, real estate, banking, closing type firm. From there, we added on a personal injury section, and Jerry has been the partner in charge of that and has developed that. We have a matrimonial section that's headed up by my partner Tom Davis. And we have Al Roberts who joined us, and Al Roberts brought with him a significant municipal practice. And then, finally, Steve Diamond has recently joined us, and now I've seen that estate practice grow to be one of the strongest practices in the entire county.

What we started out with was two people with an idea is now five people with a core niche to bring effective legal representation to the community. The most important thing in a litigation setting is that the client understand everything that's happening. It starts with a goal that we identify. The second thing is to find the roadmap to get there, and the third thing, to look at the facts and see if you can get there. If that's all lined up, we go to work.
